This was so annoying and i was so disappointed because they didn’t want to help me and i never got my 50 aed. My last name happens to be a very popular last name of where i’m from and i have actual friends who have the same last name as me. The person on the live chat told me that my mom is not allowed to be my friend and that they thought the accounts were both mine because we have the same last name. I never got my 50 redemed so i went on their live chat and asked. I send the link to my mother and it worked well for her, she got 50 aed off of her purchase. They have a special referral link for everyone where if you send your link to someone and they use it they get 50 aed off of their purchase and in return you get 50 aed off of your next purchase. thats when you can take big risks.I really love this app they have everything! Although, I am very disappointed with customer service. Once you get near 0 souls, you feel safe again. The best thing you can do is spend your souls when you can on things you need or your upgrades. Its also what makes your victories feel like actual accomplishments. its what makes you gasp because death isn't just a thing. If you don't have fear of losing your souls you lose that gut sinking feeling when you die to something far away from the bonefire. I'm unaware of a way to store your souls in dark souls. You buy for 100 and sell for 50, but better than losing it all. I am eager to see if there is a way as well, but what I've currently been doing is buying drinks or similar items and then selling them as needed. I'd like to also say that its one of the major mechanics of souls like games to lose your currency. Even the most hardcore Souls game lets you store your money. The only Souls like I've played that allows for stored currency is Ashen. If you know exactly how to do it I'd like to know. It seems like my inventory is just full of crafting materials from the open world but when I try to sell them I barely get pennies.
